Our Bear Trap Commercial project consists of two newly constructed commercial buildings located in Ocean View, Delaware just West of Bethany Beach. Each building will provide approximately 4 to 6 retail stores designed for the shopping convenience of all permanent and seasonal residents in the Bear Trap Community.
The scope of the contract initially covered complete electrical installations for the pre-tenant stage of both buildings, including service metering, distribution, load center for future tenant occupancy, essential lighting, FA system, and elevator wiring. The contract has since been modified as we have been awarded the first tenant space fit-out located on the first floor of the building
The project’s commencement date was March 2005 and has a projected completion date of September 2005, which includes contract modifications to date. Through our dedicated staff in conjunction with associated contractors, the project has smoothly transitioned between each phase of development enabling us to achieve a current completion rate of approximately 50 percent.
